Share your videos on this new site

Here is a new way to share your family videos with your friends and relatives without having a gathering in your living room. Vimeo.com is a relative newcomer to the scene. Now grandparents will be able to watch their grandchildren during those precious moments without leaving town. Kids will be able to replay their hockey games at the local arena. The site's videos are uploaded to over 4200 subject "channels", or you may create your own channel. Is your theatre group staging a performance? Upload a trailer to the site and e-mail it to people in your community or publicize it in a local newspaper ad or regular mailing.
The quality of the video you see online will depend on the quality of the camera you use to take the video. Do you have a funny video you want to share with friends or relatives, or embed in your blog? Just upload it to this site: http://www.vimeo.com/
Click on Adrian Chen's video at the following link to see how clear the videos are on this site: http://www.vimeo.com/853927
